My Thoughts: ________!!!!(insert exclamatory phrase of your choice) I don't know what to do with myself but write a review right away. This series is amazing, beautiful, heart breaking, incredible, and nerve wrecking. 
Pandemonium is an amazing follow up to Delirium. The book takes place in alternating chapters of "now" and "then".
Then: Lena wakes up dazed, weak, and confused. Having made it over the fence, Lena is now in the Wilds....without Alex. As she gains her strength and forms bonds with other Wilders Lena learnes the spirit behind the revolution.
Now: It's March in NY and Lena is an undercover agent for the wild. She joins the governmental organization (DFA) that supports the surgery to remove the feeling of love. 
We also meet Julian, the president's son, and (SPOILER) Lena's roommate in the "prison" they are held captive in. 
Julian is INCREDIBLY sweet and treats Lena right, but there is no comparison to Alex (I LOVE YOU)

My reaction to the end of Pandemonium.

The book takes you on a roller coaster ride of emotions, you will laugh, cry, and go crazy!
As for the ending, this was my reaction:


All in all, Pandemonium is my FAVORITE book of the year!

My Thoughts: To make this review as simple as possible, Fever was better than Whither. A LOT BETTER. Like OMG-I-WISH-I-COULD-WRITE-LIKE-THAT! better.  
Fever began exactly where Whither finished off. We follow the journey of Rhine and Gabriel on the quest of their lives. However, on the way Rhine and Gabriel are trapped at Madame Soleski's carnival of amour. 
Madame Soleski's is pretty much a pimp. She has boys and girls that she prostitutes out, and now she wants Rhine to work for her. In order to save their lives, Rhine complies, creating a "lovebird"show with  Gabriel, where creeps can watch them. Eww. Insert Lilac: a child prostitute who has a malformed daughter named Maddie. Rhine decides that they need to escape and find her brother Rowan. And then the story continues.

Oh Lauren DeStefano why do you hurt us like that?!  A perfect cliffhanger. Other then that, the book was great. I liked all the detail that went into the descriptions of everything. I liked how secrets came to the surface. I do hope we hear more about Maddie and Lilac.  Can't wait for the last book!

My Thoughts: Brie's heart broke in half the minute her boyfriend said he didn't love her. And I don't mean that figuratively, it literally snapped in two. Death by heartbreak. Could your life end anymore tragically? It probably could, but the whole concept of death by heartbreak was intriguing and original. 
Brie dies after her boyfriends breaks up with her, and is then free to roam the earth, along with the other countless dead souls. While roaming, Brie meets a guy named Patrick. He's from the eighties(well, he died in the eighties) and he helps her deal with her death. He helps her get revenge on the boy who broke her heart and watches as Brie discovers horrible things about the people in her life. 
Oh gosh, Patrick. I LOVED HIM.  With his leather pilot jacket and smooth 80's charm, he claimed territory in my heart almost instantly. I don't care if some of his lines were totally corny, he's the type of character who can hold them with dignity and woo the pants off you. His 'cheesy' nicknames for Brie (and I mean this in the Cheescake, Chedster, Cheeto kind of 'cheesy') could have become annoying, but that boy made every one of them endearing. 
The writing is brilliant, and if I didn't know this was a first time author I'd swear she'd been writing for years. The characters couldn't get more believable and lovable. I seriously liked every character--even the dog! I hated the boyfriend, Jacob, and the best friend, Sadie for a while, but soon I got over it and I think I can honestly say that I did enjoy their characters. 
I loved how each chapter is headed by a lyric/title of a very good song. Reminds me of another awesome novel, Audrey, Wait by Robin Benway!. Kudos! 
This novel is hilarious, beautiful, heartbreaking and healing. I loved it so much, I think I may go read it again.
